Marriage Ceremonies are performed by specific Judges of the District Court. These ceremonies are performed after 5 p.m. on non-holiday weekdays. Judges are also available to perform ceremonies on weekends and holidays.
To obtain additional information including cost to perform a wedding ceremony please contact the court at (509) 477-2901 between 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. or complete the form below as completely as possible and someone from District Court will contact you within 1 business day. The fee for the ceremony will be quoted based upon the information you provide including the date, time and location of the ceremony. If you are unsure about any of the information requested below please include as much information as possible and we will respond as quickly as we are able. Often we are in court much of the day so calls and emails may be returned after hours.

Judges can only perform wedding ceremonies 3 days after the date the marriage license is issued by the Auditor’s Office. See link below for further information.
At the time of the ceremony you will be required to have 2 people (other than the couple being married) over 18 years of age with you to witness the ceremony. See link below for further information.
