How long before the county forecloses my property?
Real property foreclosure will start if any one tax is 3 full years delinquent.

Example #1: If the 2004 full tax that was due on April 30, 2004 was $100 and nothing has been paid, foreclosure would not start until April 30, 2007.

Example #2: If the 2004 full tax was $100 and $50 was paid on or before October 31, 2004, that tax would not go to sale until 2008.
