Plante's Ferry Sports Stadium was the original site of Antoine Plante's ferry, which was the first established "dry" river crossing on the Spokane River. Today, an obelisk marks the site.
Amenities
Today, this 95-acre park serves as a regional sports complex with sports fields, trails, a shelter, playground, and other amenities. The Spokane Valley Junior Soccer Association operates and maintains the soccer field complex (13 fields) side of the park, which includes the concessions building through an agreement with Spokane County. There are 225 available parking spots as well.

Plante's Ferry Park Picnic Shelter is available to rent through the Spokane Rapids. Please call 509-922-7910 to discuss rates and availability for the season.
