Holmberg Park is a 7.4-acre developed park that includes a 103-acre open space area (Conservation Area). Together, the park land links Five Mile Prairie to North Wall via several hiking trails. Built in 1964, the park continues to serve area residents five decades later.
The Park has amenities such as a picnic shelter, playground, softball field, and tennis courts. There are about 50 parking spaces, and restrooms are available.
The Holmberg Picnic Shelter is available for reservation by the public. The shelter measures 36 feet x 20 feet, and has amenities such a stationary grill table, picnic tables, an electrical outlet, a drinking fountain with attached water spigot, and nearby restrooms.
