Are your documents available online?
No. The only documents viewable online are maps and surveys. The index to the recorded documents is also viewable and searchable online. The images of the recorded documents are not available on-line because some documents, such as IRS liens and some loans, may contain sensitive personal information. The images of the recorded documents are public record and can be viewed at our public terminals in the Recording department during our normal business hours.
