At the 6/14/17 Spokane Regional Law and Justice Council (SRLJC)’s meeting a presentation was given for a proposed facility for Law enforcement officers to utilize when encountering someone who is determined to be better served by a crisis stabilization facility rather than being put in jail, or having to wait extended periods of time at a hospital emergency department.
