SPOKANE COUNTY, March 14, 2017 – Up to an inch of rain is in the forecast for today, raising the water level in several creeks and streams to flood stage. According to NOAA, the Little Spokane river forecast is calling for flood stage and potentially higher than it's been in 20 years.
