Two Transfer Stations on Winter Schedule

The Spokane Valley and North County Transfer Stations, are moving to their winter hours of operation. On Sunday, November 1, 2020, both transfer stations will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. seven-days a week.
