Description of Proposal:  A Proposed Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP) for a Shoreline Bank Stabilization project to install a collection of rock along approximately 400’ of the Spokane River.

LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: The subject site is generally located along the west bank of the Spokane River, just south of the confluence with the Little Spokane River, at the northerly terminus of N. Shoemaker Lane, approximately ½ mile north of the intersection of N. Shoemaker Lane and N. Nine Mile Road (Highway 291), in Section 32, Township 27 North, Range 42 EWM, Spokane County, Washington.
