UPDATE: Bank Robbery Suspect, Raynee D. Moore Found Guilty by a Jury, Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

In May of 2023, Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detectives developed probable cause, through their ongoing investigation, to charge the suspect, 28-year-old Raynee D. Moore, a seven-time convicted felon, with Robbery 1st Degree (Chase Bank) and Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle on April 28, 2023.

In October 2023, in Spokane County Superior Court, presided over by Superior Court Judge C. Bjelkengren, a jury found 28-year-old Raynee D. Moore guilty of Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, and Theft of a Motor Vehicle.

On November 15, 2023, in Spokane County Superior Court, again with Superior Court Judge C. Bjelkengren presiding, Moore was sentenced to 120 months (10 years) in prison on these charges.  Moore also pled guilty to an Unlawful Possession 1st Degree charge, which will run concurrent to his ten-year sentence.

This case was thoroughly investigated by Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detectives, and it was successfully prosecuted by Spokane County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (DPA) Dale Nagy.
