Initial information indicates the vehicle was traveling north, in the 15200 block of S. Cheney Spokane Road, when the driver failed to negotiate the curve. The Dodge truck left the roadway, rolled, and struck a tree. Speed is believed to be a factor in this fatal crash, and the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
