ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Bigelow Gulch Rd - Phase 6
Improvements to Bigelow Gulch Road include clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, precast concrete drywells, culverts, pedestrian tunnel, structure excavation, illumination system. Completed: Spring 2023.
Forker Rd: from Bigelow Gulch Rd to Progress Rd
Motorists should expect occasional delays (both directions, all lanes). Bigelow Gulch is open with a traffic signal.
Progress Rd: from Wellesley Av to Spokane Valley City Limits
Motorists should expect occasional delays (both directions, all lanes). Bigelow Gulch is open with a traffic signal.
Sullivan Rd: from Upland Dr & Ct to Wellesley Av
Motorists should expect occasional delays (both directions, all lanes). Bigelow Gulch Rd is open with a traffic signal.
Sullivan Rd: from Wellesley Av to north City Limits of Spokane Valley
Motorists should expect occasional delays (both directions, all lanes). Sullivan Rd is open with traffic signals from the intersection of Wellesley and Sullivan to the city limits.
Wellesley Av: from Progress Rd to Tolford Rd
Motorists should expect occasional delays (both directions, all lanes). The intersection of Sullivan and Wellesley is open with traffic signals.
Euclid Road Bridge
Removing and constructing new bridge and road approaches; including asphalt pavement, signing, striping, erosion control, filter drain, beam guardrail, and miscellaneous structures. Project start TBD/tentatively begins in late December 2022.
Euclid Rd: from Bridge #1508 over Burlington Northern Santa Fe tracks to Lyons Rd. Road Closed: Bridge is closed. Use Detour.
West Terrace Stormwater Project
This contract provides for the improvement of Hayford Road and Richland Road by construction of a storm sewer system. The project includes catch basin, corrugated metal pipe, drop inlet, cutoff wall/pipe anchors, unsuitable pipe foundation, dewatering, and paving. Completed: July 1, 2023.

Comcast Proposes Bore and Place Conduit (sub. Sefnco)
Comcast proposes bore and place conduit with 0.625 Coax., splice and relocate existing pedestal to 214 S. Craig Rd. Completed: November 4, 2022.
Craig Rd: from Mirage Ln to Airway Heights City Limits
Flaggers may be present (both directions, all lanes).
Installation of Sewer and Water
My Excavation and Construction (509) 954-6488 crew is installing a sewer line and water main. Dates: November 7-28, 2022.
Phoebe Rd: from Front Rd to 37th Av
Road CLOSED on S Phoebe St. to the south of 37th Avenue.
Spokane County Small Works Roster Project P13108
Red Diamond Construction (509) 999-4986 crew is working on spring runoff control. Date: November 9, 2022.
Lawrence Dr: from Ardmore Dr to East End Of Road
Road CLOSED on W Lawrence at the Ardmore intersection. Residential access maintained.
Warranty Asphalt Work
My Excavation and Construction (509) 954-6488 crew is working on patch replacement and repair. Dates: November 11-12, 2022.
