PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Spokane County Public Works is proposing to reconstruct a portion f Lincoln Rd and install sanitary sewer mains and side sewer connections. Work will also include new curbs, swales and a 10 foot shared use path.
PROJECT LOCATION: The projects begins at the Spokane City Limits (intersection of Lincoln Rd and Crestine St.) and continues 3500' east to the intersection of Lincoln Rd and Market St. Sections 21 and 28 T26N R432E (Spokane County, WA).

SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: Spokane County has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS). This determination is based on the following findings and conclusions:
Environmental Review of this project has shown no potential for significant negative impacts as a result of construction. Best Management Practices will be used on site to mitigate minor impacts from construction. Spokane County will obtain all required permits from local and state agencies and comply with any conditions associated with these permits. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project.
