UPDATE:  Charletha O. Smith has been LOCATED and she is safe.  We appreciate everyone’s concern and help looking for her.  



 

Missing Vulnerable Adult: Charletha O. Smith

 

Spokane Valley Deputies are attempting to locate a missing vulnerable adult, 53-year-old Charletha O. Smith.  She was last seen this morning at the Cataldo Residential Care Facility, located in the 11900 block of E. Cataldo, in Spokane Valley.  

 

If you have seen Charletha O. Smith, please call Crime Check at 509-456-2233, reference #10037981.

 

On March 29, 2022, at approximately 10:15 am., an employee of the Cataldo Residential Care Facility called to report Charletha O. Smith as missing.  

 

They stated staff last saw Charletha O. Smith at approximately 4:00 am., but when they checked in again at approximately 8:00 am., she wasn’t at the home.  It is believed Charletha O. Smith left on foot, but the direction is unknown.  

 

Charletha O. Smith is described as a 53-year-old black female, 5’07”, approximately 250 lbs., brown eyes and black/gray hair.  She was last seen wearing a tan sweatshirt, maroon shirt, and pants (color unknown).
