DivisionConnects - Transportation and Land Use Study
Public Engagement Opportunity
SPOKANE COUNTY, December 16, 2021 – DivisionConnects is a collaborative two-year transportation and land use study, led by the Spokane Regional Transportation Council (SRTC) and Spokane Transit Authority (STA), in partnership with the City of Spokane, Spokane County, and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
The first phase of the study has concluded in Spring 2021 and identified a preferred alternative for bus rapid transit (BRT) along Division Street (connecting downtown Spokane to past the North Division "Y"). The second and final phase of the study is currently underway and asking for public input through Friday, December 31, 2021. This phase of the study is analyzing how investments can be made to support active transportation connections that include potential biking and pedestrian projects along and near Division street.
How to Participate: The Active Transportation Map & Questionnaire will be open through Friday, Dec. 31.
