The Spokane County Elections Office will open a special filing period for several elected positions which had no candidates file during the regular filing period. These offices will appear on the General Election Ballot. The candidate that receives the most votes will be elected to fill the term. Those interested in filing for one of the vacant positions listed can go to the Spokane County Elections Office at 1033 W. Gardner Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. August 4 through 6, 2021 or file online at www.spokanecounty.org/elections. Please be prepared to pay the required filing fee in full.
