PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will build an access road, parking lot, wetland access trail, and learning center as well as a utility extension to the new building. The road will go west from Henry Road and then turn south to the Doris Morrison Learning Center building site. Utilities will be extended from 15th Ave and follow the access road south to the building, except for electric which will come east from the vicinity of VRL Church. The new building will be a single story, and approximately 3000 square feet. The parking lot will provide stalls for 14 cars and 4 busses.
PROJECT LOCATION: The project address is 1330 S. Henry Road, Greenacres, WA 99016. Generally located north of Saltese Flats Wetland Area in Greenacres, WA, west of South Henry Road, between approximately 11th Ave (extended) and 20th Ave. (extended). It is in Sections 20 and 29, Township 25N, Range 45 EWM. Site is in unincorporated Spokane County.
