ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Bigelow Gulch Phase 3
Road Reconstruction (remove and replace), culverts, stormwater, guardrail and illumination system. Completed: August 31, 2021.
Weile Av: CLOSED from Bigelow Gulch Rd to Thierman Rd – through July 31,
2021. Detour through Jensen Road.
Bigelow Gulch Road: from Weile Avenue to Weile Avenue
Lane restrictions (both directions, all lanes): Only allowing access from Bigelow Gulch and Weile to the Koi Farm and Bill Johnson’s Differential Shop – through August 31, 2021.

Centennial Trail
Roadway excavation, embankment compaction, culvert pipe, crushed surfacing top course, hot mix asphalt, silt fence, wattles, seeding and mulching, temporary traffic control, erosion control. From Nine-Mile Dam to Carlson. Completed: May 21, 2021.

New road, including drywells, asphalt, signing, pavement marking. Dowdy and Geiger Road are Open. Completed: June 30, 2021.
Geiger Blvd: from Thomas Mallen Road to Spokane City Limits (Electric Ave)
Lane Restrictions (Both Directions, All Lanes): Geiger at Grove is closed. Crews will be working on removing existing roadway. Use Alternate Route. Electric Avenue is open. Thomas Mallon is open. Local businesses are open, please use extreme caution when travelling inside the work zone. Spotted is CLOSED.
PRIVATE CONTRACTOR WORK BY PERMIT
Overlash and Installation of New Fiber
Crew is installing overlash 96 ct fiber from Pole #169394 at 5620 S. Regal to cross over clamp before Pole #432265 at 2821 E. 57th Ave. Completed: May 28, 2021.
Regal Road: from 57th Avenue to 57th Avenue
Expect lane restrictions (both directions, all lanes): Lane Shift – north and southbound on Regal at 57th Avenue.
Run Electric Power under Roadway
Avista crew will run electric power under roadway and dig into JE (JS0654) located on the south side of Stoneman Road and run power under Stoneman Road to the north. Completed: May 21, 2021.
Stoneman Road: from Argonne Rd to Stoneman Bluff Lane
Flaggers may be present (both directions, all lanes): Typical one-lane, two-way traffic control with flaggers.
STA Four Lakes Station
WM Winkler crews are paving First Avenue. The project includes the sidewalks, curbs and gutters – along with demolishing part of Spokane Street. 150-feet of road will be reduced to a seven-foot wide walking path south of First Avenue. Completed: July 30, 2021.
First Avenue: from Electric Ave. to Cheney Street.
ROAD CLOSED on First Avenue on the east and west side of Highway 904 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as needed.

Euclid Rd Bridge Closure
Euclid Rd Bridge is closed and a detour is in place. Replacing the bridge is the responsibility of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
