Two Adults Shot - Suffer Non-Life-Threatening Injuries  

 

Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detectives are investigating a reported shooting in the 4300 block of E. 8th in Spokane Valley.  An adult male and female received gunshot wounds to their extremities that appear to be non-life-threatening.   Investigators do not believe this shooting was random or that there is any ongoing threat to the public stemming from this incident.  

 

On October 14, 2020, Spokane Valley Deputies, with the assistance of Spokane Police Officers, began investigating a shooting in Spokane Valley.  Two victims, an adult male and a female, were dropped off by a private vehicle at a hospital with gunshot wounds to their extremities.  The injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.   

Deputies located the shooting scene in a driveway of a residence in the 4300 block of E. 8th Avenue.

Major Crimes Detectives and Spokane County Sheriff’s Forensic personnel responded to the scene to collect evidence and continue the investigation.  

Initial information indicates several subjects approached the victims in the driveway of the residence shortly after 1:00 am.  An argument ensued, which escalated when the suspect(s) pulled firearms and began shooting.    

Investigators do not believe this incident was random or that there is any ongoing threat to the public stemming from this incident.

This remains an active scene as Detectives work to identify and locate the suspects.
