Single-Vehicle Crash on N. Forker Leaves One Dead & Three Seriously Injured

Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on N. Forker Road at E. Forker Lane. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the three passengers of the vehicle were transported to hospitals with serious injuries.

On October 11, 2020, at approximately 2:15 am, Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported injury collision on N. Forker Road at E. Forker Lane.  Spokane County and Spokane Valley Firefighters had to extricate occupants from the vehicle to provide medical treatment.

Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the adult male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.  The three passengers, two adult females, and one adult male were seriously injured and transported to hospitals for continuing treatment.

Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit Investigators were called to the scene to continue the investigation.

Initial information indicates the F250 was traveling north on Forker Road, left the roadway at the dead-end, and crashed.

It is believed impairment and speed were factors in the tragic fatal incident.   In addition, two of the four occupants were not wearing seat belts.

At last check, two passengers were released from the hospital while one remains hospitalized in stable condition.
