Due to ongoing COVID-19 mandates from the Governor’s Office, the Treasurer, Auditor, and Assessor have transitioned to virtual customer service until further notice.
Virtual Customer Service
While members of the public will not be served in person at the counter space in the joint lobby, citizens will be able to conduct their business with office staff online, via email, via postal mail, and by phone. Online property tax payment options are available and payments may be sent by regular mail. Treasurer’s Office staff are available by phone at (509) 477-4713 and email to firstname.lastname@example.org from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Citizens who have a complex issue that may require an in-person meeting with staff may contact the office via email or by calling 509-477-4713 to schedule an appointment.
Remote Tax Collection
Due to the Governor’s stay-home order, remote tax collection hours at Spokane Valley City Hall have been canceled.
