Major Crimes Detective Works to Identify Robbery Suspect 

 

Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detective Kirk Keyser is attempting to identify the female robbery suspect in these photos.  She is believed to have been a passenger in the pictured van which Investigators have determined the registered owner’s name and are working to contact him.    

On February 7, 2019, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an asset protection employee of Home Depot, located at 5617 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley, reported a theft suspect became assaultive when she was approached. 

The employee told the responding Spokane Valley Deputy, he observed the suspect place retail items in her purse before she attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise.  When the employee contacted her and identified himself, she punched him in the face before running out of the store and into the passenger’s side of the pictured van. 

The store employee received minor injuries and did not need medical attention.
