On Tuesday morning (Dec. 18, 2018), the contractor began to remove the temporary surface and will replace it with gravel. This requires a three-day detour. South-bound traffic on Forker will be detoured around the site and onto Pleasant Prairie Road. North-bound traffic will not be affected. East-bound traffic on Bigelow will also be detoured at Pleasant Prairie and Lehman Roads.
Motorists are asked to slow down, allow time for the detour, follow the signs and watch for work crews!
