Spokane Regional Auto Theft Test Force Detectives Request Your Help

Spokane Regional Auto Theft Task Force (SRATTF) Detectives are attempting to locate witnesses or tips regarding a stolen 2013 Yellow Can-Am Outlander 500 and a blue/white Yamaha YZ 400 (similar to the ones pictured).

In 2017, three Can-Am ATV’s and one blue/white Yamaha YZ 400 were stolen from a victim’s property near Coolin, Idaho.

In 2018, Auto Theft Task Force Detectives recovered two of the stolen Can Am ATV’s in south Stevens County.  The un-recovered yellow Can Am ATV and Yamaha YZ 400 motorcycle were reportedly been seen at a property on Garden Spot Road in Stevens County, but have been moved.

Detectives surmise the ATV and YZ 400 have been sold, possibly in Stevens County, Deer Park, North Spokane County or the surrounding area.

If you have purchased a yellow 2013 Can-Am Outlander 500, a blue/white Yamaha YZ 400 or have information regarding the theft or sales of these ATV’s/motorcycle, you are asked to call SRATTF Detective Steve White of the Washington State Patrol at 509-838-9383 or by email at [email protected].
