
Investigators Seek Information Regarding Reported Hit & Run
Spokane Valley Traffic Unit Investigators are asking for the public’s help as they attempt to gain information regarding an injured pedestrian found lying in the roadway near the intersection of E. Buckeye and N. Barker Rd. The victim, who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, stated he was struck by a vehicle.
On September 28, 2018, at approximately 12:50 p.m., Spokane Valley Deputies responded to the report on an injured male lying on Buckeye just east of Barker Rd.
The 29-year-old male victim stated he was hit by a vehicle but was unable to provide a description or any additional information about what had occurred. The victim was transported to a hospital for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators did not locate any glass, plastic, or skid marks at the scene and are asking for the public’s help as they attempt to determine what occurred.
