[ARCHIVED] Ballot Signatures

Signature Update

If you received a letter from the Elections Office about your signature, you may have forgotten to sign your ballot or the signature on your ballot did not match the signature on your voter record.


In order for your ballot to count for this election, a response is needed no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27th.  You may return the signed Signature Update form by fax to 509-477-6607, scan and email the form to [email protected], mail the form to 1033 W Gardner Ave, Spokane, WA 99260, or stop by the Spokane County Elections Office at 1033 W Gardner Ave and drop your signed form in our mail slot just left of our main entrance.
