Project Description: Spokane County Public Works is replacing the existing 2 lane road (which has narrow lanes, no shoulders and sharp curves) with a 4 lane road with 8’ shoulders and a turn lane as needed. The alignment will be straightened to reduce curves. 

The project is located approximately half a mile east of Havana Street and will go for one and a quarter miles east
