Director Anthony Anderman is an author, speaker, and facilitator. Director Anderman has 25 years of experience in management, leadership, and team building, and he presents workshops and seminars on topics nationally and internationally.
Director Anderman’s accomplishments include the development of a 10-week Command College for the National Police Academy in Pakistan and an Advanced Facilitation Course for the Government of Sakhalin Island.
Director Anderman performed as the Lead Curriculum Developer for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Strategic Social Interaction Modules (SSIM) program designed to teach warfighters how to gain the trust and respect of the Communities in which they served. Director Anderman’s current role includes overseeing the Spokane Sheriff’s Office Accreditation, Regional Training, In-Service Training, Field Training, Background, and Hiring. Director Anderman earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Adult Education and Instructional Systems Design. Before his current career, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
