Project Timeline – Construction Summer 2023
Project Description: The project will establish a signed bike route on existing low-volume residential streets through the installation of Signage and the construction of intersection improvements at arterial crossings. The project will improve 2 crossing on Country Homes Blvd. by adding Rapid Flashing Beacons. Additionally, a new paved pathway wil be constructed on an approximately 300-foot segment of Whitehouse Street. The project will begin at Greta Avenue and terminate at Whitworth Drive; total length is 2.24 miles.
Project Update – On schedule to be constructed in the summer of 2023.
Project Funding – Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Funds – Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program
