Transportation Planning and Program Development


The transportation planning and program development section evaluates and plans for the county’s future multi-modal transportation needs to increase safety and better serve the movement of people and goods. This includes pursuing continual grant funding opportunities, managing the 6-year Transportation Improvement Plan, developing long rang transportation plans and working closely with stakeholders, neighboring jurisdictions, WSDOT, and SRTC to coordinate regional transportation planning needs.
