Picnic Shelters, Event Permits & Campground

2021 Season Update: Spokane County is no longer accepting reservations for events taking place in 2021 due to the conclusion of our parks season and winterization of our facilities. For events taking place between May 1 - September 30, 2022, please visit our website in January, 2022 for information on how to reserve a facility or apply for a Special Event Permit.

ATTENTION:

Spokane County and Spokane Valley Junior Soccer Association (dba Spokane Rapids) have worked together to modify a long-standing successful partnership to establish The Spokane Rapids as the one-stop shop for programming recreation play and scheduling of all events and activities at Spokane County's Plante's Ferry Sports Stadium in 2021. PICNIC SHELTERS

Reserve a picnic shelter

Picnic shelter reservations allow for exclusive use of a shelter for an entire day (typically 8:00 am to 9:30 pm). When no reservation is in place, these shelters are open to all park users on a first-come, first-served basis. Park staff clean and stock park restrooms daily, typically from May 1 – September 30 (season may vary slightly from year to year). Please be aware that there are NO services (e.g. restroom, electricity and water) prior to May 1st and after September 30th.
