Picnic Shelters, Event Permits & Campground
COVID-19 Update: Spokane County is currently accepting reservations for events taking place May 1 - September 30, 2021. Event organizers must be fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the activity, including potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus and agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Spokane Regional Health District requirements. State guidance regarding weddings and events can be found here.
Picnic shelter reservations allow for exclusive use of a shelter for an entire day (typically 8:00 am to 9:30 pm). When no reservation is in place, these shelters are open to all park users on a first-come, first-served basis. Park staff clean and stock park restrooms daily, typically from May 1 – September 30 (season may vary slightly from year to year). Please be aware that there are NO services (e.g. restroom, electricity and water) prior to May 1st and after September 30th.
