VINELink, is the online version of VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday). This service allows victims of crime and the general public to obtain the custody status of offenders 24 hours a day and register for alerts when a change in status occurs. Examples of changes in status may include release from custody, escape from custody, or transfers from one facility to another. Please note, WA VINE does not provide advance release notifications. VINELink is free, completely anonymous and anyone can register to be notified by phone, email, text message (SMS) or TTY device.
The WA VINE Service is available in multiple languages and can be reached toll-free at 1-877-846-3492, via www.vinelink.com or through the VINE Mobile App. Registrants should not depend solely on the WA VINE Service for their safety. WA VINE should be part of a safety plan, not the entire plan. If you are ever in immediate danger, please call 911.
The WA VINE Service is administered by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) as directed by RCW 35.28A.040 and is part of the VINE national platform.
