Project Timeline: Construction began February 12th, 2019 and was completed November 8th, 2019. 

Project Description: Spokane County Public Works replaced the existing 2 lane road (which had narrow lanes, no shoulders, and multiple vertical and horizontal curves) with a 4 lane road (with a 12’ turn lane or center median and 8’ shoulders).
