West Terrace Stormwater Study

In a competitive bid process, Osborn Consulting was chosen as the consultant to work on a stormwater study for the West Terrace area. This area is located southeast of I-90 near Exit 272. The area is roughly bounded by South Thomas Mallen Road to the east, I-90 to the northwest, and West Melville Road to the south. Land use includes residential, industrial, and light commercial, with The Fairways Golf Course in the central portion of the area.

Work has been ongoing to gather data and create concepts to address drainage issues, which are to be included in a Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). To view the project information, concepts and maps, click here.

Comments are encouraged and welcome on the proposed information and plans. The comment period will last until November 15, 2020 and will be considered for the final CIP. To share your comments, please complete a short survey by clicking here.

This web page will be updated as additional information becomes available.  When the study is complete, options for resolving drainage issues in the area will be shared with the public though public meetings, if possible, or via other forms of distribution.
