  • Housing counseling & legal assistance may be available at little or not cost to you.  If you would like help determining opportunities to resolve your delinquency and avoid foreclosure, you might contact the Foreclosure statewide homeownership hotline at 1-877-HOME (4663).

  • If you are 62 years of age or older, or 100% disabled, you may qualify for an exemption.  Please go to www.spokanecounty.org/assessor or call (509) 477-5754 for further information on how to apply.
  • Northwest Justice Project may be able to assist.  Their number is 1-888-201-1014, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:15am - 12:15pm.
