Liberty Lake Regional Park Master Plan

The Liberty Lake Regional Park Master Plan was developed through 2017 over a series of stakeholder interviews, charettes and pop-up studios at the park and the Liberty Lake Farmer's Market. With the help of the community and park users, the planning team - consisting of Bernardo Wills Architects and Studio Cascade, developed a guiding vision for the park's future, detailed in the draft master plan (link below). Once approved, the master plan will be utilized not only to guide future park enhancements, but will also help obtain outside grant funding to renovate the park over time (in phases).
