Relicensing Program

What is this program and what will it do for me?

The Relicensing Program is only available for people whose driving privileges are currently suspended in the third degree for failing to pay traffic fines. This program may be able to help waive collections fees, combine traffic fines into one manageable monthly payment and release holds on your driving privileges.

Please visit: http://www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/checkstatus.html for more information on obtaining a valid Washington State driver’s license. If you only have outstanding tickets in Spokane County, you can pay them by visiting the District Court website at: https://www.spokanecounty.org/3184/Make-a-Payment. If your outstanding Spokane County tickets are in collections, you can fill out a “Removal from Collections Request” form and email it directly to dccashiers@spokanecounty.org.

If you need additional assistance, the SPOKANE COUNTY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY’S OFFICE RELICENSING PROGRAM may be able to help you obtain your license. Contact the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office at 509-477-2800 or DWLS3Diversion@spokanecounty.org; or visit us in the Public Safety Building at 1100 W. Mallon, Spokane WA 99260.
