Some courtrooms are equipped with a Digital Recording device to record hearings in courtrooms without a court reporter. These records are maintained electronically by the County Clerks Office.
To request a copy of a CD, the request form can be filled out by staff in the Clerk's Office along with pre-payment of $25.00 per CD. If there are multiple hearings requested under the same case number, the cost remains at $25.00, however, there is a separate $25.00 charge for each case number requested.
Please note that the entire proceeding may not fit on one CD. The requestor is responsible for payment for each CD required to copy the proceeding at $25.00 per CD. Once a CD is purchased, the requestor may contact a certified transcriptionist
to produce a transcript in paper form.
