Spokane County Civil Service has teamed up with Public Safety Testing for the initial testing for our Entry Level Deputy position. All applicants must register and test with Public Safety Testing before proceeding with a Spokane County Application.

Attention Deputy Sheriff Lateral & Intermediate Lateral Applicants
The Spokane County Sheriff's Office is proud to offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired Deputy Sheriff-Laterals and Deputy Sheriff-Intermediate Laterals. This bonus is paid out in two payments: 50% of the bonus will be paid on the first regularly scheduled payday after your first day of employment with Spokane County Sheriff's Office; the remaining 50% of the bonus will be paid after one year of service as a Spokane County Sheriff's Deputy and successful completion of probationary period.
