The Stormwater Utility strives to provide leadership and a focus for other community efforts working toward improved Stormwater management that causes as little short term and long term harm as possible to the environment. |

The form may also be used to report illicit dumping of oil, garbage or other materials in stormwater facilities. |
| Funding for Regional Stormwater Facilities |
| In June of 2004, the County’s Development Task Force, comprised of members of the business and development communities, private engineers, representatives of neighborhood associations and county staff, recommended Stormwater rate increases to the Board of County Commissioners. A public hearing was held and the Board of County Commissioners approved the increases by Resolution 4-0686 on August 3, 2004. |
