This form should not be used for situations involving private roads, state highways, or within Spokane's city limits. Please call our office at 477-3604 to report health or safety emergencies. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. After hours, please call Crimecheck at 456-2233. For sewer within Spokane city limits, please call Spokane City Hall at 625-6250.
