Auction of Foreclosed Properties Goes Online
Spokane County’s first online auction will open for bidding on Monday, March 4th and close on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. The second offering will begin on Tuesday, March 12th and close on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. The available properties can be viewed online.
The minimum bid is set to cover the amount of back taxes, interest, penalties and other fees owed to Spokane County. With no set reserve price on these auctions, the highest bid received will be awarded the property. PLEASE NOTE: The 2013 tax is not included in the minimum bid, but be aware the tax is due on April 30, 2013.

If personal property and/or mobile homes on leased land become delinquent, the Treasurer can start the foreclosure process at any time. If the first half is not paid, the full amount is delinquent and must be paid in full with all interest, costs, and penalties.
