FAQ's Accommodations/Interpreters

How do I schedule a Language Interpreter?

Please contact the Superior Court ADA Coordinator or the District Court ADA Coordinator depending on where your hearing is scheduled.

To request a language interpreter you must complete the Motion and Order for Language Interpreter at County Expense and return it to the Office of the Superior Court Administrator. If you need help completing the form, please contact the Superior Court ADA Coordinator (509) 477-5790.

How do I request an Accommodation?

Please contact the Superior Court ADA Coordinator or the District Court ADA Coordinator depending on where your hearing is scheduled.

To request a reasonable accommodation for Superior Court, you must complete the Request for Reasonable Accommodation Form and return it to the Office of the Superior Court Administrator. If you need help completing the form, please contact the Superior Court ADA Coordinator at (509) 477-5790.
