64 Felony Charges Forwarded for Three Suspects

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office Burglary Task Force members forwarded 64 felony charges to the Spokane County Prosecutor's Office relating to over 24 residential burglaries in Spokane County. These charges have been developed through Task Force investigations that started the week of April 16th, 2012. The felony charges are as follows:

• Leading Organized Crime
• Residential Burglary
• Attempted Residential Burglary
• Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree
• Theft of Firearm
• Trafficking in Stolen Property 1st Degree
• Possession of Stolen Property 2nd Degree

25-year-old Jessica Davis is facing 25 of the listed charges, 23-year-old Jay Shippy 26 and 29-year-old Randle Phelps is facing 11 of the charges. Both Davis and Phelps are currently incarcerated in Bonner County for additional burglaries. Shippy was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on a Residential Burglary charge yesterday, May 30, 2012. Davis and Phelps will be extradited to the Spokane County Jail to face these additional charges after they have fulfilled their requirements in Bonner County.

This investigation is on going and additional arrests and charges are expected.
