Two Computers Stolen At School

Posted 1/29/2014 12:24 PM by MDGREGORY

Yesterday, January 28th, 2014, Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Mead River Point Academy near the 11000 block of North Newport Hwy. on a burglary call. Deputies contacted an employee who said the alarm had been tripped at 3:27 a.m. When the employee responded to the school, he found a broken window and called 911. When deputies arrived, they observed a keyboard lying on the ground outside the window and a mouse and cord hanging on the broken window frame.

After deputies made sure the suspect(s) were not inside the school, the employee confirmed two IMAC desktop computers had been stolen. At this time, there are no suspects in this burglary.
