On December 5th, 2013, 23-year-old Kyle I. Henriksen was sentenced to 87 months in prison and 18 months of community supervision after pleading guilty to First Degree Robbery. The robbery occurred on December 28th, 2012, at a nail salon near the intersection
of Pines and Mission. Henriksen's criminal history consists of convictions for felony assault, possession of a stolen firearm, theft and taking motor vehicle without permission. Henriksen was an acquaintance of the female victim he robbed inside the salon.
24-year-old Nicholas R. Richardson was sentenced to three months in jail after pleading guilty to 2nd Degree Robbery. Richardson was the getaway driver. Richardson's local history includes traffic violations, theft, assault and drug crimes.
