On Friday, November 15th, 2013, Spokane Valley Sheriff's Deputy Chan Erdman responded to a commercial burglary call near the 2200 block of North Woodruff Road. Deputy Erdman contacted the business owner who told him that sometime between 7:00 p.m. Thursday
evening and early Friday morning, over 1600 feet of copper wire was taken from outside the business. The wire was the main power lines for two suites in the complex and the estimated cost for replacement is $6,576.00.
