Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes detectives are asking for the public's help providing any information regarding Warren J. Flinn.
On Sunday May 13th, Spokane Valley ...Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of the 300 block of North Lake Road for a possible trespassing call. When they arrived, they contacted Flinn who appeared to be a victim of a violent assault. Medics and Major Crimes
Detectives were called to the scene.
Detectives believe Flinn is transient and need any information about his prior whereabouts, associates or this incident. The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who knows or has had contact with Flinn in the last couple of months to call Detective Kirk Keyser
