On Tuesday morning, August 27th, 2013, at about 2:00 a.m., Spokane County Sheriff's Deputy J. Moffett responded to a residential burglary call near the area of 16600 S. Carstens Road. While en route to the residence, the victim told dispatch that a young
white male, approximately 5'10", 130-140 pounds, wearing a plaid jacket and blue jeans entered the victim's residence and took her car keys. The victim said the suspect displayed a rifle, told her he was being chased and needed help, then took her car keys
and stole her 2005, gold Chevrolet Trail Blazer.
The victim said her front door had not been locked and that her car keys were right next to her purse. The suspect left the scene in the vehicle and several deputies that responded to the scene were not able to locate the suspect.

Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward.
