Law Enforcement Raid N. Spokane “Problem Home”; 3 Arrested
An in-depth drug investigation leads to the SWAT Team raid of a north Spokane “neighborhood problem house” and three arrests on drug related charges, stolen vehicle charges and a DOC escape warrant. In addition to the arrests, a handgun as well as methamphetamine was seized in the raid.

Spokane Violent Crimes Gang Enforcement Team (SVCGET) executed a search warrant for drugs at a “neighborhood problem house”, 313 E. Queen earlier this morning. The tenant, Sean Watson was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) as well as two other males for unrelated warrants.

After an in-depth drug investigation by members of the Spokane Violent Crimes Gang Enforcement Team (SVCGET) and local law enforcement officers executed a search warrant this morning at the garage of 313 E. Queen. Property owners rent space to Sean Watson (4/10/69), who lives in the garage with a female.

Law enforcement stopped Watson this morning just before 6:00am, leaving the home in a car. Watson was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine.
Several other people were contacted inside the apartment when officers executed the search warrant. Casey Wescott, 35, was arrested for an unrelated Possession of a Stolen Vehicle warrant and Lucky Guzeman, Jr. , 29, was arrested for a Department of Corrections Escape Warrant.

Detectives seized a handgun and methamphetamine during their search of the home.

Neighborhood Conditions Officers will continue to work with the property owners to evict the tenants based on the controlled substance crimes. This address has been a significant “problem” house for the neighborhood and we are committed to reducing crime in Spokane.
